3. Space Assignment

• No fixed spaces are assigned. 
• Users must park in the spot designated by the attendant upon arrival; if the attendant is not present, users may park in available spaces. 
• Space availability is subject to vehicle flow and the users' arrival time.

4. Reservation Time

• The reservation time is specified at the time of booking and is binding on the user.
• When making your reservation, you indicate its duration; any excess time, either at the beginning or end of your reservation, must be paid for at the parking cashier. 
• No refunds are allowed 24 hours before the reservation period.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be made via email or from your web user profile. 
• The user must attach the vehicle registration receipt when requesting cancellation. 
• Cancellation policies are subject to the conditions established at the time of reservation.

6. User Responsibilities

Parking Cea Bermúdez reserves the right of admission in case of detecting false information, inappropriate behaviour, or other issues affecting the proper provision of the service. In such circumstances, no refund of the reservation amount will be made, even if it has not been used.
